There are bus lines (journey time 7 to 9 minutes):

Train timetable (Wiener Neustadt - Vienna)
For the train to Vienna, enter as
Start:
Wiener Neustadt Bbf or Grandlgasse
Destination:
A) "Wien Meidling Bahnhof" - journey time (26 minutes) Underground line: U6
OR
B) "Wien Mitte-Landstraße" - journey time is 45 minutes but you get off directly in the center of Vienna. Underground line U4 and U3
