The room temperature can be regulated individually in each room.

The 1000 m² gardenwith old trees offer plenty of space for recreation and sports.

The house has two bathrooms.
1st floor

In the bathroom, there is: a sink, shower, washing machine, detergent, hairdryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and cleaning products.

Fire alarm - extinguisher and CO2

There is a fire extinguisher in front of the living room in the direction of the toilet. In the living room, there is a fire detector and a CO2 detector. There is a fire alarm on the 1 floor in the stairwell.

Free Wi-Fi + TV

The house has a fast and stable 150 Mbit/s internet connection with a ping of 10 msec.
This ensures high-performance working, streaming, or online gaming by several people at the same time.
There is a 2.5G and 5G Wifi and in some rooms also a cable connection.

On the ground floor, there is a Philips TV with Netflix and Amazon accesses, as well as a satellite receiver.

Kitchen + bathroom

The house has two kitchens.
A very large kitchen on the ground floor and a kitchen on the 1st floor.
All kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, water boiler, and coffee machine.
In the very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor you will find for example:

Parking space and und transport connection

Directly in front of the door, there is enough free parking space.

You can park at your own risk, cars or trailers also on the property or in the garage.

If they don't want to walk or bike to shop or go to town, the bus station is right behind the house.

You can travel from the train station with regular connections to the capital Vienna in just 26 minutes.

coming from Vienna
A 2 south highway until exit Wr. Neustadt, Abfahrt "S 4 Eisenstadt, Mattersburg, Wr. Neustadt Süd" take;
on the S 4 take the first exit "Wr. Neustadt Süd" take;
recturn right onto the B 54 in the direction of "Wiener Neustadt".
